屈肘旋前位整复肱骨髁上伸直型骨折

本院从1998年8月-2003年9月,采用屈肘旋前位整复肱骨髁上伸直型骨折184例,效果良好,现报道如下。1　临床资料本组184例,男127例,女57例;年龄3～25岁。均为单侧,左侧97例,右侧87例,均为闭合性且伴有不同程度移位。2　整复方法患者坐位,以右侧为例,将患肢置于屈肘90°前臂旋前位,上臂与水平线垂直,前臂与水平线平行,近端助手位于患者右侧后方牵引上臂向上,远端助手位于患者前方左手牵引患腕向前,右手虎口张开卡压于患肢肘窝部向下推压,术者双手拇指抵住尺骨鹰嘴两旁,其余4指抱扣住肱骨骨折近端前侧。
