加长型外固定支架治疗胫骨开放性多段骨折32例

我科自1996-2002年采用加长型单侧外固定支架治疗胫骨开放性多段骨折32例,报告如下。1　临床资料　　本组32例,男28例,女4例;年龄23～48岁。骨折部位:胫骨中下段骨折20例,中上段骨折12例。32例均合并有腓骨骨折和不同程度的皮肤软组织缺损。就诊时间:伤后2～10h。致伤原因:交通事故伤26例,重物压伤6例。2　治疗方法21　清创　反复冲洗伤口,清除伤口内异物,切除损伤严重的皮肤、污染的筋膜及失活的肌肉。对污染的骨端进行清洗,咬除污染骨表面,清除骨折端血块及嵌入的软组织,疏通骨髓腔。
