旋牵手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的应用解剖研究

椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)是颈椎病中常见的一种类型,其发病率仅次于神经根型颈椎病,直接危害人类健康_[1]。旋牵手法是我们在临床工作中创立的一种手法,它是旋转扳法和颈椎牵引两种手法的结合,在临床应用过程中取得了很好的疗效_[2],并且得到了经颅多普勒超声(TCD)的证实,能改善椎动脉型颈椎病脑部血供,从而达到治疗目的_[3]。以往对颈椎病的手法治疗,由于适应证和禁忌证掌握不严,造成一些医疗事故,对其临床争议比较大_[4]。本研究从应用解剖和流体力学角度,为旋牵手法提供规范化研究和治疗依据。
