跟骨骨折的分型与治疗

本文着重对跟骨骨折的分型、治疗方面进行回顾与总结。1　骨折的分型Bohler(1935)是最早将分型与骨折预后联系在一起的人,但第一个被广泛接受的分型是EssexLopresti于1952年提出的分型方法,骨折被分为包括距下关节者与不包括距下关节者。包括距下关节者又被分为舌型骨折与关节压缩型骨折。Soeur与Remy^[1]在1975年设计了一个以损伤机制为基础的骨折分型。他们认为跟骨丘部的骨折块是修复的关键。骨折根据受伤机制被分为垂直压缩引起者、剪力引起者与二者共同作用引起者三类。主要以中足前后位片、足跟Harris与侧位片为基础。Ⅰ度骨折为关节面增宽的无移位的单纯骨折。
