肘关节外侧进路治疗肘关节陈旧性脱位

自1998年9月至2002年12月,我们共收治陈旧性肘关节脱位36例,其中28例采用肘关节外侧进路切开松解复位,术后早期行肘关节屈伸功能锻炼,防止关节再粘连,效果良好,报告如下。
