交锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨干骨折致骨不愈合原因分析

回顾自1996年5月-2002年12月,我院用交锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨干骨折564例,现对11例(包括外院病例7例)带锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨干骨折骨不愈合,并出现骨折端骨吸收、下肢短缩畸形,X线跟踪随访。1　临床资料本组11例,其中男8例,女3例;年龄22～59岁,平均402岁。骨折部位:股骨干6例,胫骨干5例。骨折类型:短斜形骨折4例,粉碎性骨折7例。均为新鲜骨折。闭合性骨折5例,开放性骨折6例。2　治疗方法11例均行带锁髓内钉静力型固定,其中6例扩髓,5例不扩髓,均为开放髓内钉术。
