闭合置头钉DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折

股骨粗隆间骨折是一种常见骨折类型。以老年人居多,随着社会人口老龄化其发病率也逐年上升。我科1998-2002年10月采用经皮闭合置头钉DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折43例,取得了良好的疗效,报告如下。
