双根克氏针固定治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折

自1998年5月-2002年6月,我院收治12例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者,采用双根克氏针固定治疗,经6～18个月(平均9个月)随访,疗效满意,现报告如下。1　临床资料本组12例中男9例,女3例;年龄21～63岁,平均39岁;左侧3例,右侧9例。受伤至入院时间30min～12d,平均8d。最早手术时间发病后8h,最迟手术时间发病后18d,平均9d。其中合并腰椎压缩性骨折3例,腓骨骨折1例,胫骨内踝骨折1例。受伤原因:高处坠落足部着地7例,跳跃跌伤2例,车祸2例,轧压伤1例。
