股骨干重度粉碎骨折的治疗

我院自1990年以来,应用梅花髓内针(儿童用三角针)及钢丝内固定治疗股骨干重度粉碎性骨折36例,取得了较满意的疗效,现报告如下。1　临床资料本组36例中男27例,女9例;年龄5～60岁。左侧13例,右侧21例,双侧2例;股骨干中上段骨折28例,下段骨折8例;其中儿童8例均为中上段骨折。断端骨折块2块者11例,3块者10例,4块者8例,5块者4例,6块者1例,7块者2例;碎骨块的大小不等,最大者23cm,最小者2cm,所有病例均存在旋转、移位。
