我科2001年1月-2002年12月采用带锁髓内钉逆行穿钉的方法治疗肱骨干骨折23例,疗效满意。1　材料与方法11　临床资料　病例选择:骨折平面在肱骨大结节下5cm、尺骨鹰嘴窝上6cm处的各种类型的肱骨骨折。本组23例,男10例,女13例;年龄24～80岁,平均43岁。骨折类型:横断骨折6例,粉碎性骨折9例,多段骨折2例,长短斜形骨折6例;开放性骨折3例,闭合性骨折20例。致伤原因:车祸伤12例,摔伤7例,高处坠落伤4例。
