下胫腓联合分离固定螺钉断裂的治疗

我科自1998年1月-2002年12月治疗涉及下胫腓联合分离的踝关节损伤93例,均行切开复位内固定,包括横向螺钉固定下胫腓联合,随访52例,其中有5例出现下胫腓联合横向螺钉断裂,均于骨折愈合后手术取出。
