俯卧高垫胸定位旋转法治疗上颈段失稳症

上颈段失稳症属于颈椎病范围,多发于中老年,近年来有年轻化的趋势,因而日益受到临床的重视。自2003年1月以来,采用俯卧高垫胸定位旋转法治疗上颈段失稳症53例,疗效满意,现报告如下。
