骨巨细胞瘤(giantcelltumorofbone)是介于良、恶性之间,列为低度恶性或潜在恶性的骨肿瘤,我科自1997年2月-2002年5月采用截肢结合瘤段刮除加植骨术对其进行治疗,取得满意效果。1　临床资料本组15例,其中男9例,女6例;年龄16～45岁,平均32岁。均有完整的影像学资料和病理报告。按Jaffe标准分型:Ⅰ级10例,Ⅱ级4例,Ⅲ级1例。其中伴患肢麻木3例,伴疼痛、肿胀8例,伴酸沉不适10例,伴局部皮温增高2例,伴静脉曲张2例。
