踝关节Danis-Weber C型骨折的手术治疗

踝关节DanisWeber骨折分型是按外踝骨折部位与下胫腓联合关系作为分类准则,共分A、B、C三型。其中C型指腓骨在下胫腓联合近侧骨折,可伴有内踝骨折或三角韧带损伤,是踝关节骨折中较严重类型,一般都需要手术治疗。自1989年1月-2000年6月我院手术治疗踝关节DanisWeberC型骨折32例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1　临床资料本组32例,男20例,女12例;年龄16～72岁,平均376岁。其中双踝骨折3例,三踝骨折29例;新鲜骨折30例,陈旧性骨折2例。本组均系外伤引起,其中交通事故伤14例,高处坠落伤18例。
