股骨重建交锁髓内钉治疗股骨多段复杂骨折

股骨多段骨折是一种较严重的创伤,股骨干骨折合并同侧股骨颈及转子间骨折或转子下粉碎骨折,临床上称为复杂股骨骨折^[1]。我院自1999年1月-2002年12月采用Smith+Nephew公司的Russell-Taylor股骨重建髓内钉治疗17例股骨复杂骨折,疗效显著,现报告如下。1　临床资料本组17例,男14例,女3例;年龄19～66岁,平均34岁。左侧11例,右侧6例。致伤原因:15例为高能量损伤(包括车祸伤、高处坠落伤及重物砸伤),1例为扶梯滚落伤,1例为医源性损伤(股骨干骨折手术时致股骨颈骨折)。
