内固定加臀中肌骨瓣转移治疗青壮年头下型股骨颈骨折

自1997年以来,我们在骨折内固定的基础上加用臀中肌骨瓣转移治疗青壮年头下型股骨颈骨折,获得良好疗效,报告如下。1　临床资料本组9例,男6例,女3例;年龄20～49岁,平均395岁。致伤原因:车祸7例,重物压砸伤2例。所有病例均为头下型股骨颈骨折,其中GardenⅢ型4例,Ⅳ型5例。均在入院后1周内手术,术后患肢制动4～6周,半年内作不负重关节功能锻炼。
