手法复位外固定器固定治疗三踝骨折

目的:总结用改良Ilizarov外固定器治疗三踝骨折中的复位手法经验。

方法:对18例三踝骨折采用手法复位、改良Ilizarov外固定器固定进行治疗。

结果:采用Leeds分级,18例中除1例于外固定器固定3周后,因内踝的骨折间隙大于2mm改切开复位内固定外,余17例均外固定器治疗成功。随访8个月～3年,17例中优11例,良5例,差1例。总优良率88.9%。

结论:外固定器治疗三踝骨折中的复位手法是建立在一般踝关节骨折复位手法基础上借助器械的一套复合手法。

Treament of trimalleolar fracture with manipulative reduction and improved ilizarov fixator

Abstract:

Objective:To sum up experience of manipulative reduction in the treatment of trimalleolar fracture by the modified ilizarov fixator.

Methods:18 patients with trimalleolar fracture were treated with manipulative reduction and improved ilizarov fixator.

Results:All the cases were successful,except one who was operated on.Another 17 cases were followed up from 8 months to 3 years with an average of 18 months,their results were evaluated according to Leeds standard.11 cases got excellent,5 good and 1 poor.The excellent and good rate was 88.9%.

Conclusion:The manipulative reduction in the treatment of trimalleolar fracture combined with the modified ilizarov fixator is a set of combinative manipulation,basing upon the common manipulation of ankle joint fracture and assisted apparatus.
