目的:探讨高原环境对体力劳动者骨量变化的影响。
方法:采用UBIS3000型定量超声仪,对生活在海拔3000m高原的567名汉族农民跟骨定量超声参数进行测定。
结果:超声振幅衰减(BUA)、刚度(STI)的峰值男性为40~49岁,女性为30~39岁,超声声速(SOS)峰值男女性均为40~49岁,50岁以后各项指标均明显下降。
结论:体力劳动和高原环境因素都对骨量变化产生重要影响,高原农民年轻时高强度的体力劳动对骨量的影响大于高原环境因素的影响,老年后随劳动量减少骨量迅速丢失。 |

Ultrasound quantitative measurement on the calcaneus of farmers in Han nationality on plateau |

Abstract:
Objective:To study the influence of plateau environment on bone quantity of manual worker.
Methods:Calcaneal quantitative ultrasonic parameters were measured for 567 farmers of Han nationality on plateau 3 000 m height above sea level by UBIS 3000.
Results:The peak values of BUA and STI were in 40~49 years for men and 30~39 years for women,and the peak values of SOS were in 40~49 years for both men and women,and all the indexes of the farmers decreased obviously after 50 years.
Conclusion:Manual worker and environment of plateau influence bone quantity greatly.The influence of high physical strength on bone quantity are superior to that of environment of plateau.With the decrease of physical work,the bone quantity quickly lose. |
