PDGF(plateletderivedgrowthfactor,血小板源性生长因子)具有促进骨形成细胞的迁移募集、分裂增殖、分化及局部血液循环的重建等重要功能,与有关载体结合成缓释系统能有效地加快骨折愈合、促进骨缺损的连接、增强糖尿病与骨质疏松等病态情况下骨修复的能力,为人类有效地干预骨折及骨缺损的修复开拓了新的思路。但是,对PDGF的研究仍处于初步阶段,尚有很多问题有待于解决。骨折和骨缺损的治疗一直是骨科领域的重要研究课题。骨生长因子的局部调节作用是骨折和骨缺损正常修复的关键因素。
