对抗牵引整复肩关节前脱位的体会

1999年来采用椅背整复法(观察组)治疗的肩关节前脱位38例,与同期采用手牵足蹬法(对照组)治疗的肩关节前脱位40例比较,现报告如下。1　临床资料　　观察组38例,男22例,女16例;右侧21例,左侧17例,均为闭合性脱位。其中,盂下脱位25例,喙突下脱位9例,锁骨下脱位4例,合并肱骨大结节撕脱骨折者10例,合并其它部位骨折者4例。对照组40例中,男24例,女16例;右侧22例,左侧18例,均为闭合性脱位。其中盂下脱位24例,喙突下脱位10例,锁骨下脱位6例,合并肱骨大结节撕脱性骨折者8例,合并其它部位骨折者3例。伤后至就诊时间30min～2d。所有病例均经X线摄片明确诊断。
