踝关节骨折脱位并下胫腓联合分离的手术治疗

自1999年-2002年,我们对45例踝部骨折脱位伴下胫腓联合分离患者进行手术治疗,效果满意,现报告如下。1　临床资料本组男31例,女14例;年龄15～52岁,平均304岁。右侧30例,左侧15例。开放性骨折脱位4例,其余为闭合性损伤。陈旧性踝关节骨折脱位3例。致伤原因为:重物砸伤、滑倒摔伤、高处坠落扭伤、车祸压伤、运动伤等。住院后常规摄正侧位X线片、踝穴片^[1]。对下胫腓联合韧带、三角韧带、外侧韧带是否有损伤,诊断不清者,可行内外翻应力摄片以明确诊断,确定治疗方案。按LaugeHansen标准进行诊断分型:旋后外旋型26例中Ⅲ度20例,Ⅳ度6例。
