动力型-螺钉断钉拔出器的研制与应用

金属螺钉是骨科常用的内固定器材,其固定可靠、疗效满意。但临床使用中如果出现螺钉断折,那么如何将断钉取出,变的非常困难[1],甚至因此导致手术失败。我们针对钉帽、钉体折断、断体内陷等情况,研制出一套动力型螺钉断钉拔出器。经临床应用,效果较好,介绍如下。
