儿童盖氏骨折的诊断与治疗

儿童盖氏骨折即桡骨中下1/3骨折合并下尺桡关节脱位是一种比较少见的损伤。由于其少见的发生率以及其独有的特性,临床工作中常常误诊误治,影响其治疗效果^[1,2]。现将我院自1978年至1998年间治疗的12例盖氏骨折的病例进行回顾,并结合文献对该损伤的诊断及治疗进行分析,以期增强对该病的认识,从而改善治疗效果。
