三踝骨折是一种严重的复杂性的关节内骨折。自2000年至2003年,我们采用手法复位,改良Ilizarov外固定器治疗三踝骨折18例,取得了良好的临床效果,在外固定器治疗关节内骨折方面获得一些经验,现总结如下。
