改良Boyd截肢治疗足外伤

随着交通业和机械工业的不断发展,机械及车祸伤亦趋增多,其中中足或前足碾压伤与压砸伤多见,损伤严重,处理较复杂,常需要进行截肢处理。术后多遗留肢短、疼痛、功能障碍等并发症。我科自1998年5月-2003年6月应用改良Boyd截肢手术治疗严重足外伤15例,取得良好的效果,报告如下。
