不同内固定方法治疗不同部位锁骨骨折的应用体会

我院自1996年9月-2003年2月间对收治的锁骨骨折中符合AO关于锁骨骨折手术适应症^[1]患者进行切开复位各种内固定治疗,获得随访259例,疗效满意,报告如下。1　临床资料本组259例,男163例,女96例;年龄14～73岁,平均38岁;右侧109例,左侧150例。除4例为首次内固定治疗后,1～4个月内发生再次骨折行内固定治疗外,余均为新鲜骨折,伤后至手术时间4h～2周,平均4d;全部病例均为闭合性骨折。其中,中段骨折124例,中外1/3交界处为97例,外侧段38例。2　治疗方法本组根据锁骨骨折不同部位及类型,采用不同内固定方法治疗。
