椎弓根后路固定在骨质疏松伴脊柱胸腰段爆裂型骨折中的应用

中老年人多数存在不同程度的骨质疏松。我们在1998年5月-2002年2月手术治疗共23例脊柱胸腰段爆裂型骨折的中老年人,对其手术操作和内固定的选择采取相应的变化,总结如下。
