冬病夏治中药热敷治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

膝骨性关节炎(KOA)是常见的慢性关节病,为一种非特异性炎性疾病。临床上以关节疼痛、肿胀、活动受限为主要表现;这种疼痛和活动障碍严重地损害了患者的生存质量。该病一般冬、春和秋、冬交界时期症状较重,夏季较轻。自从1998年7月至2001年7月运用冬病夏治中药热敷治疗膝骨性关节炎60例,取得满意疗效,小结如下。
