椎板截骨原位再植椎管环状减压治疗胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫

我院自1992年5月-2001年10月采用椎板截骨原位再植椎管环状减压术治疗胸腰椎骨折合并完全性或不完全性截瘫36例,取得较满意的效果,现报告如下。
