手法整复桡骨远端有骨块翻转的骨折6例

自2000-2002年手法整复桡骨远端有骨块翻转的骨折6例,取得满意效果。1　临床资料　　6例均为桡骨远端骨折合并尺骨茎突骨折,且粉碎骨折骨块中至少有1块翻转,关节面翻转90°。年龄38～46岁,平均406岁;均为男性。受伤距就诊时间05～8h,平均32h;伤后患处肿胀、畸形明显。2　治疗方法采用坐位或仰卧位,患肢旋前沿肢体长轴持续牵引大约5min,在牵引下术者双手握住骨折远端,先加大向掌侧成角,然后术者一手维持向掌侧的成角,另一手拇指将翻转的骨块向翻起相反的方向推挤(也就是关节面的方向),骨块突出不明显后,双手握住骨折远端掌曲尺偏。
