三种脊髓损伤类型中巨噬细胞反应情况的观察

目的:对巨噬细胞在脊髓撞击伤、半横切缺损及半横切缺损加周围神经移植三种不同脊髓损伤类型中反应的时间性、区域性分布特点进行研究。

方法:将54只雄性、体重为200~250g的SD大鼠采用随机配对的方法分为3组,每组大鼠分别采用上述不同致伤方法造成T10段脊髓损伤,在损伤后1、4d和1、2、3、4周收集脊髓标本并沿脊髓长轴冰冻切片、抗体ED1染色显示活性巨噬细胞,显微镜下细胞计数。

结果:巨噬细胞在三种不同损伤类型中主要分布于损伤部位及其周围区域,但细胞数目和细胞密度在不同损伤类型中存在明显差异。

结论:巨噬细胞是反应脊髓损伤程度,并伴随轴突变性和再生的一种主要炎性细胞。

Reaction of macrophages in three kinds of spinal cord injuries
Abstract:WT5”BZ]

Objective: To study character of activated macrophages at three different types of spinal cord injuries,such as contusion,semi-section and peripheral nerve transplantation in time and location response to trauma.

Methods: 54 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into three groups,every group were respectively made spinal injury at the T10 ,according to different methods.At the 1,4 days and 1,2,3,4 weeks after injury,each specimen of spinal cord were collected and were cut into along longitudinal frozen sections and stained with antibody ED1,displaying activated macrophages,then the numbers of them were counted under microscope.

Results: We found that in different type of injuries,macrophages distributed in zone of crush site and vicinity to the site,but their numbers and densities in different site were significantly correlated with the amount of tissue damage at each tissue.

Conclusion: Macrophages is a main inflammatory cell,which can reflect spinal injury level following axonal degereration and regeneration.
