去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松检测指标的实验分析

目的:分析大鼠去势后不同时间体重、骨载荷、骨密度的变化及其相关性,为骨质疏松治疗药物研究中动物模型和实验指标的选择提供参考。

方法:5月龄雌性Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为模型组和正常组。两组分别于造模后3、9、13个月检测体重、骨密度和骨载荷。结果进行统计学分析。

结果:模型组体重明显高于正常组;两组腰椎载荷和骨密度出现显著性差异的时间均早于股骨;股骨骨密度出现明显下降的时间早于载荷;模型组骨密度低于正常组并与体重的增长呈负相关,模型组载荷低于正常组但与体重的增长呈正相关。

结论:去卵巢大鼠体重的变化可对载荷和骨密度产生不同影响,且不同部位的骨组织和不同年龄大鼠,骨量丢失存在差异。

Experimental analysis of osteoporotic detection marker of ovariectomized rats
Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the changes and the correlation of body weight,bone loading and bone mineral density in different time after ovariectomy of rats for providing reference of selection of animal model and experiment marker,in order to study the medicine of treatment osteoporosis.

Methods: 50 female Wistar rats with 5 months age were divided randomly into normal and ovariectomiged groups.The body weight,bone loading and bone mineral density were detected respectively after ovariectomy for 3,9,13 months.The results were analyzed statistically.

Results: The body weight of ovariectomized group was higher than that of normal group;loading and bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae of normal and ovariectomized groups showed highly significant than that of femur.obviously descent of bone mineral density of femur was more early than that of loading of femur.bony mineral density and bony loading of ovariectomiged group were lower than that of normal group.To accompany with body weight gain,bony mineral density showed negative correlation but bony loading showed positive correlation.

Conclusion: The changes of body weight of the ovariectomiged female rats cause different effects.The amount of bony lose are different,according to the position of bone and the age of rat.
