治疗腰椎间盘突出症的几点体会

腰椎间盘突出症是骨伤科常见病和多发病,痛苦难当,影响患者的生活质量和正常工作,严重者因腰腿活动不便,给工作和生活带来困难。古今中外众多的医务人员采用各种治疗方法,希冀治疗此疾,方法各有利弊,我从医50余年来积累了大量治疗此病的得失经验,略谈几点体会。各门名家均有不同手法,近年来对该病的治疗多着重在解除神经根局部机械性挤压所导致的一系列症状,手法治疗方法繁多,其目的不外乎,松解腰椎间盘周围挛缩的软组织,减轻腰椎间盘所承受压力(解痉);采用各种手法以使突出的椎间盘还纳到椎间隙内(还纳);用不同的手法使被挤压的神经远离突出物,或突出物远离神经(位移)。
