老年人股骨颈骨折三种治疗方法的研究进展

股骨颈骨折后的不愈合和股骨头坏死是非常棘手的问题。通常用的手术治疗方式有闭合复位空心加压螺纹钉内固定、半髋关节置换、人工全髋关节置换(THA)三种,股骨颈骨折的治疗因为其术后较多的并发症而使得选择一种最佳的治疗方式非常困难。骨折是否移位、患者的年龄、合并疾病、神志状况(依从性)、骨骼质量、骨折类型、复位情况以及患者的期望程度等都会不同程度的影响治疗方式的选择。
