多间隙腰椎间盘突出症的有限化手术治疗

由于影像学诊断的迅速发展,多间隙腰椎间盘突出的检出率大大增加,从1998年10月-2002年10月对收治的128例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行研究,发现多间隙腰椎间盘突出50例,现将其临床诊断及手术方式的选择加以讨论。
