速避凝预防全髋置换术后深静脉血栓

全髋置换术后静脉血栓发生率可达40%～70%,并有2%可发生严重的肺栓塞[1]。为了解全髋置换术后深静脉血栓的发生率及速避凝对深静脉血栓的预防作用。1998年3月-2000年9月对121例全髋置换术后患者进行临床对照研究。
