胸腰椎骨折经椎弓根内固定技术已成为一项十分成熟的骨科技术,在我国已广泛开展,并为诸多患者所接受,取得了很好的治疗效果,主要是因为它创伤小、复位满意、固定可靠、手术安全等优点,但也出现了一些由于技术和设计问题的并发症,使手术内固定失效,手术效果差,现就近年来临床出现的一些情况进行分析,纠其原因,探讨其治疗措施。
