以腹痛主诉就诊的L₃横突综合征3例报告

例1:女,49岁,因反复发作性右下腹疼痛13年,于1992年7月入院。患者13年来反复右下腹隐痛,伴腹胀,无恶心、呕吐、腹泻、尿频、尿急、尿痛。13年间曾到多家医院普外科、泌尿科、妇科、内科等就诊。化验血尿常规正常。肝、胆、脾、胰、肾及输尿管B超检查均正常。肾盂静脉造影无异常。曾疑为慢性阑尾炎、肾绞痛。注射过青霉素、阿托品,无明显效果。到某院看妇科冠以“附件炎”长期服用妇科药,去痛片等达10年之久,偶能减轻症状。入院检查:体温正常,心肺无异常,腹软,无明显压痛,叩及肾区时右下腹及右腰部疼痛。
