骨外固定架结合皮瓣治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折

严重的小腿开放性损伤,不但骨折类型复杂还伴有胫前组织的广泛挫伤或缺损,若治疗不当常造成伤口感染、骨外露、骨不连等。我院自1996年10月至2002年4月采用单侧外固定架并结合皮瓣转移治疗24例,取得满意效果,现报告如下。
