股骨髁部骨折治疗方法较多,均非尽善尽美。今将我院近5年来应用动力髁螺钉治疗股骨髁骨折情况总结报导如下。1　临床资料　　本组58例,男41例,女17例;年龄16～68岁,平均38岁;致伤原因:交通伤32例,高处坠落伤12例,其他伤5例;闭合性骨折51例,开放性骨折7例;按AO标准分类:A1型8例,A2型10例,A3型13例,C1型10例,C2型13例,C3型4例;合并颅脑外伤12例,多发性骨折8例,股血管损伤3例;受伤至手术时间2h～14d。
