羟基磷灰石涂层人工髋关节应用于中青年患者的临床观察

目的:观察羟基磷灰石涂层人工髋关节应用于中青年患者的临床效果。

方法:对61例64个髋使用同一种羟基磷灰石涂层人工髋关节假体的中青年患者进行临床和放射线随访观察。随访时间为24～59个月(平均40个月)。

结果:最后一次随访时,病人术髋的关节功能评估均为优良,平均Harris评分93分。股骨髓腔内骨化的发生率为89%;股骨柄及髋臼骨-假体界面的评估均为骨性稳定。

结论:羟基磷灰石涂层的人工髋关节应用于中青年患者取得了满意的短期疗效。

Clinical application of hydroxyapatite-coated total hip arthroplasty for young and middle patients

Abstract:

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty with hydroxyapatited-coated implants on middle and young patients.

Methods:64 hips with one kind of HA-coated total hip arthroplasty out of 61 patients were studied by clinical and radiographic analysis.The patients were followed up from 24 to 59 months,with an average of 40 months.

Results:All patients had an excellent or good hip function assessment at final followup,the mean Harris hip score was 93.Incidence of femoral intramedullary ossification is 89%.All bone-prosthesis interface of acetabulum and femoral stem achieved bone ingrowth stable.

Conclusion:This study shows that young patients with HA-coated total hip arthroplasty have achieved satisfactory short-term clinical result.
