经皮穿针加注射器针管托固定治疗指骨骨折

指骨骨折较手部其他骨折多见,治疗方法很多,骨折复位后多数仍以限制骨折处相邻关节的活动来达到骨折固定的目的。目前以克氏针或钢板内固定为多,但切开复位较闭合整复有很多缺点:克氏针贯穿关节,钢板则切口范围大,剥离软组织所致肌腱粘连,术后影响关节活动,甚至出现关节僵硬^[1],对手的功能影响较大。1999年起,我院采用经皮穿针加注射器针管固定治疗指骨骨折36例41处,取得了满意的效果,报告如下。1临床资料本组36例(41处),男28例,女8例;年龄17～53岁。
