胸椎骨折是一种比较少见的脊柱骨折,由于胸椎解剖的特殊性,临床上有别于常见的胸腰段骨折。T11和T12骨折其特点与腰椎骨折相似,不列入胸椎骨折范畴内讨论。1临床资料自1996年共收治胸椎骨折12例,其中男9例,女3例;年龄18～54岁,平均374岁。受伤原因:交通事故8例,高处坠落3例,重物压伤1例。损伤类型:T5骨折2例,T6骨折1例,T7骨折3例,T8骨折2例,T10骨折3例,T7、8双椎体骨折1例。
