肘部内外侧联合切口切开复位内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折

我们于1996年5月-2000年6月间共收治小儿肱骨髁上骨折38例,均采用肘内外侧联合切口手术治疗,复位后行克氏针内固定,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组38例,男17例,女21例;年龄3～12岁,平均55岁。右侧22例,左侧16例;伸直型3例,伸直尺偏型25例,伸直桡偏型6例,屈曲型4例;合并尺神经损伤症状4例,正中神经损伤症状7例;伤后3d内就诊14例,3～7d就诊13例,1周后就诊8例,3周以上就诊3例;经门诊或外院整复失败15例。
