肱骨内上髁骨折23例治疗分析

肱骨内上髁骨骺撕脱骨折多发生在7～15岁之间的儿童,占肘部骨折的10%,距第3位。治疗上有保守和手术两种不同的意见,文献报道的较少。我院小儿骨科自2001-2002年共收治26例儿童肱骨内上髁骨折,对其中23例进行了手术治疗,效果满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组23例,男17例,女6例;左侧9例,右侧14例;年龄最小9岁,最大14岁,平均122岁。合并症:尺神经损伤6例,桡骨颈骨折2例,尺骨鹰嘴骨折1例,外上髁骨折1例,肘关节脱位3例。
