AO锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨外端骨折

锁骨外端骨折在临床上比较常见,多由于肩部受到直接撞击所致。以往的治疗方法是用螺丝钉、克氏针及钢丝内固定,往往出现固定不牢固、不能早期活动等缺点。近年来,我科采用AO锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨外端骨折22例,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组22例,男19例,女3例;年龄19～74岁,平均36岁。右侧15例,左侧7例,合并喙锁韧带断裂8例。2治疗方法手术切开复位锁骨钩钢板螺丝钉内固定术。
