小切口开放复位带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折

带锁髓内钉技术是近十多年来内固定技术的重要进展之一,因其适应证广、手术创伤小、固定牢靠、抗扭转应力强、应力遮挡作用小等特点,被认为是目前一种较为理想的、符合骨的生物力学特性的内固定方法。在国外已将带锁髓内钉作为股骨干骨折优先选择的治疗方法,但是目前多采用闭合穿钉技术,需要C型臂X线机及牵引床等设施,且术中医护人员及患者会受到一定量的X线辐射,故一些医院,特别是基层医院不能实施。我院在1998年7月-2000年12月间运用小切口开放穿钉技术,利用定位器上锁钉的方法治疗股骨干骨折120例,取得了较好的疗效,现报告如下。
