空心加压螺纹钉内固定治疗高龄股骨颈骨折

我科自1999年以来,对48例75岁以上老年多病股骨颈骨折患者,经专科医师会诊,改善全身状况后,在严密监护、C型臂X线透视下,行空心加压螺纹钉内固定术,取得了较好的临床效果,报告如下。1临床资料48例中男28例,女20例;年龄75～93岁,平均827岁。Garden分型^[1]:Ⅰ型0例,Ⅱ型9例,Ⅲ型28例,Ⅳ型11例。外展型6例,内收型42例。合并糖尿病23例,ⅡⅢ型高血压36例,高粘血症45例,心肌梗塞16例,偏瘫后遗症13例,老年痴呆症7例。
