我科自1997年6月-2001年8月,采用单侧钩槽式外固定器治疗35例股骨颈骨折,取得满意效果,现总结如下。1临床资料本组35例,其中男25例,女10例;年龄26～81岁,平均54岁。骨折分类按部位:头下型12例,经颈型15例,基底型8例;骨折分类按Garden分型:Ⅱ型5例,Ⅲ型22例,Ⅳ型8例。合并其他损伤6例,并有心血管疾病及糖尿病16例,手术在伤后4～8d进行,平均6d。2手术方法选择单侧钩槽式外固定器^[1],其主要构件为:骨圆针,外侧的铝合金槽式连接杆及钩式螺栓。
