经皮多枚针骨水泥球结治疗股骨颈骨折

1990年以来,我院采取经皮穿多根骨圆针加针尾骨水泥球结固定治疗股骨颈骨折39例,取得了满意疗效,报告如下。1临床资料本组39例,男20例,女19例;头下型8例,颈中型14例,基底型17例;年龄17～80岁,平均48岁。受伤后住院时间2～64h,平均24h。2治疗方法入院后采用皮肤牵引,重量5kg,3～7d后手术。采用局麻或硬膜外麻醉,在电视透视下进行,对位不佳者用手法复位满意后,患肢外展30°,内旋15°左右固定。
